The bed and breakfast service enables to have a daily reduction in price of € 15,00 per person in a doubleroom and it also let the chance to have à la carte menu.

We have three kinds of double, triple and fourbedrooms available:

• Capelvenere (located in the central structure of the hotel, each of them with its style and view)

• Equiseto (in the heart of the botanical garden or in the main building with sea view and/or garden view)

• Poetiche (these rooms have been redesigned by an artist collective studio)

“Felce Dolce” and “Osmunda” family-rooms are very suitable for those families who need to stay in two connecting rooms, and they distinguish themselves by their location among the buildings.

Price reduction in triple and fourbedrooms are:

• -20% from double-room price per person (12 years old and older)

• -40% (from 7 to 12 years)

• -50% (from 2 up to 7 years)

• free for children under 2 years

In family rooms children benefit of a:

• -20% 12 years old and older

• -30% (from 7 to 12 years)

• -40% (from 2 up to 7 years)

• Price reduction for the fifth person in family room is -50% from double-room price per person.

For the stay of children up to the age of 2 years there is a surcharge of € 30 per day, including meals, or if you only need the baby bed € 20 per day, meals not included.

The price of the double room for ”Poetics” single use is to be calculated by adding 40% from the price per person of the Poetic Double room.

Your pets are welcome. An additional € 10.00 daily charge is requested.

Check-in from 2.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Please inform us if you are going to be late since the restaurant service closes at 9.00 p.m..
Check-out must be done before 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Your phone or e-mail booking will be confirmed only after we will get a down payment that you will agree with our hotel management when we will give you our provisional confirmation (30%) and this is our cancellation policy: Reservations cancelled later than 20 days before the day of arrival will not be refunded. There are not refunds for late arrival too, nor even for early departure reasons.

We do not ask any down payment for reservations made with our online booking system (apart from OFFERS). The data of your credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD) will be used as guarantee for your booking. In case you will cancel your reservation later than 20 days before the day of the arrival, as penalty your credit card will incur a 30% charge of the total amount of your entire accommodation.
For reservations REGARDING THE OFFERS will be taken by credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD) provided at time of booking, a sum equivalent to 30% of total costs, which in the case of cancellations less than 20 days before the scheduled date of the arrival, will be retained.
