SPECIAL OFFER
15% discount: for a stay of min. 1 week during italian holidays (Easter, April 25th and May 1st - see B period).

VACATION RENTALS OFFERS
10% discount: for a stay of min. 2 weeks in periods from 16/06 to 30/06 and from 26/08 to 09/09.
5% discount: for a stay of min. 2 weeks in periods from 26/05 to 16/06 and from 30/06 to 04/08.

To get the discount the whole period has to be inside the indicated dates.

FIRST MINUTE OFFER
5% discount to be combined only to Vacation Rentals Offer. Offer valid until 31/03/2012 only with payment of the total sum of the stay at the moment of the booking.

Arrival after 4.°° P.M., departure within 9.°° A.M.

Price includes: all the utensils, water, gas, electricity, the first and final cleanings. Kitchen area and crockery must be left clean (otherwise extra charge of € 20,00). Room rates include the daily cleaning as well as initial and final cleaning. All apartments have TV-SAT.
Linen must be brought (linen rental available).

Booking fees not refunded: € 20,00


Pets admitted, in accordance with the Management, at € 8,00 per day.

Room rates include: the daily cleaning of the room.

Deposit: € 150,00.

The occupation of the units is limited to numbers of beds indicated, whether adults, children or infants.

In advance departure case or postponed arrival compared with the confermed dates the whole reservation period must be payed.
