Conditions

Prices are per person per day, with half board (either lunch or dinner according to the choice) and include a small buffet breakfast.
There are no reductions for meals not taken. Rates include VAT and various services.

Reductions children and adults

Bedroom: for children over 23 months who share their parents' room (cots, extra beds or sofa bed), the reductions are: from 2 to 7 years {- 50%}, from 8 to 12 years: {- 40%}, over 12 years and adults: {- 10%}.
For children from 0 up to and including 23 months the rate is €30.00 per day including cot. Meals taken: € 15.00.

In Suites for the third and fourth person over 2 years of age sharing the room (cots, extra beds or sofa bed) a 50% discount is applied to the daily rate.
For children from 0 up to and including 23 months the rate is €30.00 per day including cot. Meals taken: €15.00.

Double Room for single use

Double room and Suite in the Villa, Suite in the Hotel for single use: prices available on request.

Double Room in the Hotel and in the Cottages for single use: Reception will be able to give availability: a supplement of 75% is applied.

The following hotel services are included in the rates:

Concierge 24 hours a day. Foreign exchange, safety deposit box and free internet point at Reception; WI-FI connection in Reception area. Left-luggage facility. Porter. Private shaded car-park with CCTV surveillance in hotel park, car-parker.

Housekeeper and room service morning and evening.

From 13 June to 18 September the Mini club in the shade of the gardens is open to children from 4 to 14 years of age. Registered swimming instructors organise free individual swimming lessons for young guests. Toddlers' pool.

Gym with Technogym equipment. Mountain bikes for guests' use. Tennis rackets available from Reception.

Poolside facilities: loungers and towels available.

Beach facilities: loungers, towels, umbrellas, cabins, sailboards, canoes, private jetty and buoys for small craft.

In rooms: soundproofing, air-conditioning, telephone and free internet connection, mini-bar, tea and coffee-making equipment.
In Bathrooms: fine assortment of toiletries, shaving or make up mirror hair-dryer, scales, bathrobe, slippers.
All rooms and suites have LCD satellite TV, SKY and pay per view. DVD in the suites.

The following hotel services are not included in the rates:

Pedal boats, water skiing, sailing boat, tennis (daytime and evening with lighting: € 10/15,00), tennis lessons, swimming lessons (over 14 years), baby sitting to order, piano teacher in the hotel, laundry and dry cleaning (24 hours).

Motorboat service: return service from Ottone beach to Portoferraio from June to September (to be confirmed).

Wellness Centre. Thalassotherapy - SPA Beauty Centre “Phytomer”: internal relaxation area, hammam, beautician, face and body treatments, traditional, ayurvedic and oriental massages. Hairdresser, etc.

Near the hotel:

Horse-riding (17 km). Diving and sailing school close to the beach.

Discounts:

Golf course: the hotel has an agreement with Acquabona Golf Club just 3 km away; guests enjoy a 20% reduction on green fees (9 hole).

For rooms booked with breakfast only, we apply a reduction on the half-board rate of €25.00 per person per day, except during high and extra-high season.

Supplements:

For stays of less than 3 nights we apply the rate for the season immediately above (e.g. stay low season, pay mid-season rates).
There is an extra charge of €6.00 per person for breakfast served in rooms and of €20.00 per person for lunch and dinner served in rooms.

Honeymoon discount:

The hotel management offers honeymoon couples a 10% reduction on the standard rate for stays of at least 7 days in low and mid-season. A very special welcome will await the newly-weds on arrival.

Facilities available for our guests:

Restaurant in the Park and air-conditioned restaurant, variety of menus, à la carte/extra menu, children's menu (our youngest guests may lunch or dine a little early in the restaurant with their parents or, if preferred, may dine with our Mini club entertainers at 7.30 p.m. on the days programmed by staff.
Bar and piano bar in the historic villa and under its colonnade. Piano bar in the “Taverna” (August). Bridge room. Television room.

On the private beach: the “Taverna” bar in the old boathouse, air-conditioned, with an attractive shady terrace, offers guests a choice of snacks; it is open throughout the day. Evening: Bar and Pianobar in the “Taverna” in August.

By the pool: the poolside restaurant and grill, serving dishes with a southern flavour, Elban specialities and grilled fish, is open from 12.30 to 3.30 p.m.

Our guests and their children can enjoy the quiet of our 24,000 m2 park.

The availability of accommodation is only guaranteed after receipt of a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the stay. Payment of the rate for one night is requested for stays of less than 4 nights.

Cancellations: the hotel undertakes to refund the deposit if written cancellation is received 30 days before the scheduled arrival date; with less than 30 days notice the deposit will be forfeited. If no notice is received from the customer, the deposit on all no-shows will be retained and we will automatically cancel the booking.

In the event of an arrival later or departure earlier than the date booked, a charge equal to 50% of the rate for the days previously booked but not used will be applied.

Rooms are made available from 3.30 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12.00 p.m. on the day of departure.

Communicating rooms are available in the Villa, the Hotel and the Cottages.

Dogs and cats may accompany guests on request. The supplement is €30.00 per day, not including food; to ensure all our guests' wellbeing and for health reasons, pets are not admitted to public rooms, the swimming-pool or the beach. A dog-sitting service can be provided on request.

The Hotel provides the following services:

Booking ferry tickets, cars, motorbikes, boats, etc.

Online: when you book and confirm your stay, you will immediately be contacted by our online Customer Service, allowing you to benefit from a 10% discount on ferry tickets with Moby Lines and 3% with Toremar. Car, motorbike and boat rental can also be booked online at a 10% discount. These discounts will be deducted from the cost of your stay upon presentation to the Hotel management of the ferry ticket and/or rental receipts. Discounts can be combined.

Reception Desk bookings: discounts offered through our online Concierge are not valid for ferry tickets and/or rentals are booked through our in-house service.
During specific periods of the season, we offer free return tickets (car and passengers) with the Blu Navy ferry company (refer to the News & Offers section of our website).

Flights and taxis, trips and excursions of various kinds, and special visits to explore the island of Elba can be booked on request.
Booking and purchase of tickets for the International Music Festival in September (Artistic Director Yuri Bashmet).

Private lunches, dinners, small conferences, meetings, lectures, etc. can be arranged.
