Our rooms, in the central building or in the cottages down to the sea, all surrounded by a nature and sea panorama, have these tipologies:

Rosmarino: in the central building or in cottage with indipendant entrance, inside garden view, air-con.
Scoglio: in the main building on the first floor, independant entrance from the garden, balcony garden view and a piece of the sea, air-con.
Profumi e Colori: in the cottages, entrance from garden or terrace, nature and sea panorama, air-con and on comfortable room in the main building with a large bath, balcony garden view and on one side sea view, air-con.
Smeraldo nel Blu: balcony or terrace in the main building or in the cottages, panorama sea and nature, air-con.
Country e Mare: in the main building or in the cottages with terrace or large balcony in front of the sea, air-con.

All rooms have: mini-fridge, SAT-TV, telephone, safe deposit box, hairdryer and personal air-conditionning (cool/warm).

BED & BREAKFAST
In April, May and after September 10th a bed & breakfast service is available with a reduction of € 12,00/d. per person.

FULL BOARD
In B - C –D – E – G periods Full Board is available with an extra charge of € 18,00/d. per person. From 04/08 to 28/08 lunch on request at € 23,00.
During the whole season possibility of snacks in the garden.

REDUCTION
In double room 30-40% discount in 3rd bed, 60% in 4th bed.
Special discounts for honeymoon in low season.

CHILDREN
Free overnighting until 2 years. Children from 3 to 7 years reduction of 50-60%, 8-12 years reduction 40%

PETS
Only on request. Pets are not admitted in the restaurant and in the swimming pool.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION: the booking is considered final only after the reception of a down payment (around a 25% of the total cost). In case of a cancellation, postponed arrival or early departure the deposit will not be refunded if a written notice arrives to the hotel 3 weeks before the date of arrival.

CHECK-IN: from 14:30 until 20:30 hours
CHECK-OUT: we kindly ask our guests to leave the rooms before 10:30 hours.
